Documents all in the right place

A fleet of vehicles and drivers generates a whole ecosystem of important documents that the fleet manager, business owner or driver may need to be able to access in a hurry. ODO is designed to help you store all those documents like insurance certificates, permits and VE103 forms against the vehicles and drivers that they relate to.

With ODO you can allow users access to their part of the system, such as the driver interface. From your dashboard you can request information and track who has complied with the request knowing they are only seeing their data.

So you have a few company cars on your fleet, one car, one driver, right? How hard can it be. Well, if you give people company cars, are their husbands, wives, partners, significant others allowed to drive them too?
