Richard Parris
Richard ParrisChairman & CEO
Richard is passionate about building great companies, developing people and creating value. He is an experienced public company chairman and CEO with a track record of leading innovation, business development, and corporate governance. As the founder of Intercede Group plc, Richard took the company public in 2001 and was one of the longest-serving public company chairman on the London Stock Exchange prior to his exit in 2018. Richard is currently the Executive Chairman of Sabien Group plc, a green technology company listed on the AIM market, and is the CEO of Salt Cybersecurity Ltd, a subsidiary of an Australian cybersecurity business.
René Eichenberger
René EichenbergerSenior Non-Executive Director
Rene is the Executive Chairman of VIVA Investment Partners and NXD for DRIVE Software Solutions. Rene is one of the world’s leading fund entrepreneurs (Crossbow Ventures, Horizons21, ClearSky, Acron, Sterling Partners, Sargon Capital). He is an active private equity investor, and has backed hundreds of entrepreneurs, enabling their success through his network, capital and strategic deals. He started his professional life as a litigator and became the General Counsel for JetAviation, the largest private jet company in the world, which he sold to Permira. He then changed sides and became a venture capitalist himself. He was educated at Stanford, and lived in the US for 25 years, but currently resides in Zurich.

Simon West-Oliver
Simon West-OliverStrategic Partnerships Director
Simon is a renowned fleet industry IT expert with over 30 years of experience. He was responsible for launching FOCIS (Fleet Operators Computerised Information System) in 1988, which dominated the standalone micro-based solutions space in the early years of the development of such systems. With Tektronix and then the Euro Group, Simon pioneered some of the most successful early telematics devices and fuel management solutions. Simon lived and was educated in Japan and is a former three times European karate champion. He is married to his writer wife and they have four daughters.
Robert Gorby
Robert GorbyChief Commercial Officer
Robert has recently joined as Head of Sales and Marketing with over 20 years’ experience in commercial management at global technology companies including AVG, SDL plc, Guestline and Powwownow, where he was a key player in the successful owner exit. A native of Ireland, where he graduated from Trinity College (B.Sc. Mgmt. & M.A) he spent several years in France prior to moving to the UK where he lives with his Italian wife and two children. Rob enjoys travelling with his family, cycling and golfing. He is fluent in French and Italian.
Jacqui Allen
Jacqui AllenBroker Onboarding Manager
Jacqui has over 25 years’ experience in the fleet industry, working for major leasing companies, as an independent fleet system consultant, a Business Consultant and Programme Manager for a leading UK Fleet Leasing System provider. During this time she has managed an Internal Sales Support team, has set up a Broker Sales division from a standing start and has project managed a major fleet leasing system implementation for FCA Capital UK (Fiat/Alpha). Jacqui is now wholly focused on sales, support and development of the ODO Fleet Management Product and plays a leading role in shaping the product to provide an increased value proposition to customers. In her spare time, Jacqui enjoys the great outdoors, walking her dogs, travelling and property renovation.
David Pegg
David PeggTechnical Services Director
David has been with the company since 1991, joining as a trainee developer before moving into Systems Administration and Customer Support. With close to 30 years’ experience of working with Oracle software, he remains closely involved in the development of ODO and is responsible for the teams which support and administer DRIVE and the ODO platform. David manages 5 staff which includes: two Project Managers, one Release Manager, one Technical Lead and a Reporting Analyst. He spends his spare time working with Oxfam and supporting their charitable causes.
Andrew Ingram
Andrew IngramTechnical Sales Manager Australia
Andrew is originally from Great Barr in the Midlands (UK), and has lived in Australia since August 2002 based just west of Melbourne in Victoria. He has been involved with the motor industry in some shape or form for most of his working life, and with DRIVE for over 23 years as a Technical and Implementation Consultant. Andrew also volunteers as a firefighter with the Country Fire Authority at Rockbank Fire Brigade in Victoria and gets to drive the appliances with lights and sirens on, were appropriate. Andrew is married with three grown up children all of whom have left home. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys motorsport, although nowadays as an official rather than a competitor, working on his small car collection, and socialising with family and friends.
